1. What travel services PTT offers?
PTT provides various travel services including single service like hotel reservation only, package tours, stopover transfer, special tour arrangement of trekking, mountain climbing in Pan-Tibet Region and travel consultation.
2. Can you buy the international flight tickets for us?
We can book international air tickets for you. But frankly speaking, we may not able to offer the best price, we suggest you to compare our price with the price you can get at your residential place, then you can decide which one you will choose to issue your INTL air tickets.
3. Can you buy Chinese domestic air tickets for us?
We can book air tickets as you requested and you can get to know the air fare by our real-time search in Flight page. We can book air tickets between any cities within China, including Hongkong SAR & Macao SAR. And the best period to apply and issue domestic air tickets is 20-10 days before travel as the common practice of air ticket booking. You may get the best discounted price in that period.
4. Do you offer E-ticket in China?
1). Most major airlines in China are now able to issue E-tickets but not all of them.
2). E-tickets are more common to flights between larger cities than those on lesser routes.
3). Foreign traveler holding electronic ticket need only show their passports to board the plane but need to ensure that the name and passport numbers on the e-ticket are exactly the same as the ones in one’s passport.
4). PTT will offer you the ticket number after issuing an air ticket for you.
5. Can you book hotel for us in China?
Yes, we can book hotel as your request. You can also get to know the hotel information by our real-time search in Hotel page.
6. Can you offer car rental service for us?
Yes, we offer car rental in China except Tibet (you need to book package tour instead of single service for Tibet travel). As China has not yet joined in international driving treaty, international driving license are prohibited to be used in China. So we will rent you a vehicle with a professional driver together. 7. Do you have join-in group tours so that I can decrease tour fare by joining a group?
We offer join-in group tours in big cities, but not available in Pan-Tibet regions at present. In Beijing, Xi’an, you can join our groups for 1 day to 4 days city tour with generally 3 times departure a week or even daily departure. These groups consisted by foreign tourists from all over the world, which guarantee English or Japanese speaking tour guide and comfortable travel qualities. But please do book group tours in advance to see whether your time will match our departure time. Please see join-in group tours at our Tours page.
8. What do you offer for private tours?
PTT is experienced to offer private tours to fulfill your customized travel requests. In China, private tour usually is all-inclusive services including accommodation, meals, transportation, entrance fee, multi-lingual guide and insurance. Private tour is a good choice for tourists to visit China. Our package arrangements will make your tour more convenient and easier! 9. Do you offer special tours like trekking, hiking?
Yes, we offer special tours, or PTT calls theme tours. We offer Panda volunteering tour, wild Panda tracking tour, maintaining tour in west Sichuan, trekking tours in Tibet to Lake Namtso, Ganden Monastery, EBC trekking and circuit kora trekking for Mt. Kailash. You are asked to book these tours at least two months before travel.
10. Can you arrange tours in other cities of China besides Pan-Tibet Regions?
Yes, we could also arrange tours for our clients. In fact, we have been arranging tours for our clients to travel around China for twelve years. We could say we are professional in arranging tours all over China.
