Reservation
It is highly recommended to make travel reservation 45 days prior to your travel date. For peak travel seasons of July, August, September and October, two months before travel time are required to secure quality tours. You can complete your travel reservation at PTT by following steps:
1) Make inquiries
we understand that you can not book tours until clearly understand the tours after some inquiries, especially for private tours. You can send us your inquires first, we will never charge any modification fees before your final satisfaction, no matter how many times you have made adjustments. You can send us inquiries as the above three ways.
2) Confirm tour
as soon as you feel satisfied with the tour plan our travel advisor offers to you and decide to book our tours, a Travel Confirmation Letter will be sent to you to state every travel services and relevant terms & conditions clearly.
You please look through your confirmation letter and confirm with PTT as soon as possible (the earlier you confirm the letter with PTT, the more possibility there will be to secure all the services executed as listed in the letter). It is better for you to sign in the confirmation letter and send us back by fax at +86 28 85108251 or attach scanned letter pages with your signature by email.
As we are not willing to cause any inconvenience to you, it is also acceptable by typing your name and date at the end of the letter, and send the letter back by email attachment with telling us in email body that you confirm the travel confirmation letter.
3) Pay Deposit
please execute travel deposit as stipulated in confirmation letter. 20-50% of total cost as the deposit is required at the time of booking. You can pay deposit by:
Paypal online payment
Wire transfer to our USD account
West Union express money transfer if there is a branch at your residential city.

After you execute deposit, you need to let us know so that we can check deposit arrival at our account.
--Please email us to tell your fulfillment of your deposit if you use Paypal or West Union.
--Please fax us your payment receipt if you pay by wire transfer, after getting your faxed receipt, we will immediately start to execute travel arrangements to secure all the travel services, but without waiting for your deposit reaching at our account.
Please pay attention that the services you booked would not become effective until your deposit is confirmed to reach our account. You are highly suggested to choose a faster transferring way for settling your payment to secure your reservation.
4) Get Invoice
as soon as your deposit reaches at our account, you will be confirmed by an invoice issued by PTT.
5) Pay Balance
Balance of the total tour fare is due 15 days prior to the travel date. You can pay balance by:
Paypal online payment
West Union if there is a branch at your residential city.
Wire transfer to our USD account
Cash or travelers cheque may be acceptable under special requests.

--Please fax us your payment receipt if you pay by wire transfer.
6) Send Travel Memo
a travel memo will be sent to you 7-4 days before travel time to tell you electronic air ticket numbers(if it is included), hotel name and address(if it is included), guide’s name and phone numbers, etc.
7) Print out voucher
everything is ready, please print out your travel confirmation letter and travel memo as your voucher traveling in China. Please also remember our travel agency’s telephone number and your travel advisor’s number.
PTT also offers Single Tour Services of air ticket reservation, hotel reservation, car rental and train ticket booking. Please view Flights, Hotels, Cars and Trains pages in Our Service column. You can book the single services at each of those pages.
Air ticket booking: you can book Chinese domestic air tickets at the Flights page through real-time online search. Please book air tickets as the steps shown at Flights page. PTT’s travel advisor will get back to you within 24 hours after submitting.
Hotel reservation: you can reserve hotels of China at the Hotels page through real-time online search. Please book hotels as the steps shown at Hotels page. PTT’s travel advisor will get back to you within 24 hours after submitting.
Car Rental: we offer limousines, cars, 4WD vehicles, vans for car rental, please choose your favorable vehicle at our Cars page and submit your inquiries as the booking steps shown in Car Rental page. PTT’s travel advisor will get back to you within 24 hours after submitting.
Train ticket booking: we can book train ticket for main railway route in China including Tibet train. Please submit your train ticket booking request online as the booking steps shown in Train page. PTT’s travel advisor will get back to you within 24 hours after submitting.
HOW TO PAY
PTT accepts the below five payment methods:
1. Pay by Paypal online payment

--You can log in your Paypal account and pay to our Paypal account at pttbill@gmail.com
--We can send you a payment request from our Paypal account, when you get that request, you can easily log in your Paypal account to make payment. If you do not have Paypal account, you can offer your credit card information to Paypal online and Paypal will charge money from your card and transfer payment to us(you do not need to tell us your credit card information).
NOTE: if you choose to pay via Paypal, you need to pay an extra 4% of the total cost as commission fee charged by Paypal.

2. Pay by West Union Express Money Transfer 
You can check if there is a Western Union(The bank specially provide money transfer services) office near by. If so please go to the Western Union Money Transfer to transfer the money as the following steps.
--Tell the Western Union staff that you want to transfer money to the Peoples Republic of China, the money receiver name is Liu Zhihua (the money benefiting person).
Liu is the last name(family name), Zhihua is the first name(given name).

Wiring transfers from other countries to China generally takes more than 1 week to reach our account. We recommend you use Bank of China to do the transfer, as it will reach us more quickly. Once we get the payment, PTT will inform you by sending an invoice.
4. Pay by credit card
After we have received the deposit, you can pay for the balance through the international credit cards below at our office in Chengdu.
As the agreement with Bank of China, a commission fees of 3% of the total cost for Visa and Mastercard and 4% for AE card, JCB and Dinner card will be charged for payment by credit card. The commission fee is required to be paid by USD or RMB cash at out office.
5. Pay by Cash
Cash (US dollars or RMB) or travelers' checks are acceptable upon your arrival in China. You can withdraw cash with traveler’s cheque in the main banks in China, like Bank of China, and pay us by cash.
