Your travel confirmation letter with Pan-Tibet Travel (hereafter referred to as PTT) is subject to the terms and conditions below. The receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you and your travel agent (when applicable) have read these terms and conditions, and that you (and your agent) have accepted them.

Tours Price
PTT does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice. It is essential that you check with us for any changes or variations to the information shown on our web sites. This will allow us to advise you of any such changes that we are aware of either before you book your holiday, or prior to your departure.
PTT currently quotes tour prices in US Dollars on our web site to give you an idea of the tour cost and quote in RMB to you at the time when you are making bookings.
1. Should a revaluation of the Chinese Renminbi occur, PTT will honor all quotations for tours that have been fully paid at the time of the revaluation.
2. Customers who have not paid for their tour in full at the time of any revaluation will be required to pay the difference between the old and new price calculated in Renminbi. PTT will never charge more that our quotation that has been accepted by you, our client.
Price Includes:
* Economy class Chinese internal air ticket with tax or train ticket if they are requested (E-ticket available mostly)
* Hotel accommodations and surcharges as specified
* Ground transportation with professional driver including airport/train station pick-up
* Sightseeing and entrance fees per itinerary
* Daily meals as specified
* English-speaking guides throughout tour(other language speaking tour guide with special request in advance)
* Travel accidental insurance from China Life Insurance Co. for body injury caused by accidents in tour
* All necessary travel documents for visiting Tibet
* the Chinese government taxes and the city construction fees
Price Excludes:
* Chinese Visa fee
* International air ticket arrival and departure of Chinese travel destinations
* Gratuities to local guides and drivers wherever applicable
* Personal expenses, such as laundry service, hotel phone call fare. Air insurance & excess baggage charges.
* Optional items, such as cultural shows, characteristic tour.c
* Any item or service not specifically listed in the itinerary as included

Reservation & Deposit
You are suggested to make your booking two months before travel, especially during summer high travel season or you hope to ask for a tailor-made tour plan.

--20-50% of total cost as the deposit is required at the time of booking (that is within three working days after the confirmation letter is signed between
you, our clients and PTT).

Balance/Final
--Balance of the total tour fare is due 15 days prior to the departure date. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in automatic cancellation
of reservation and forfeiture of deposit. In the event that reservation is made within 15 days of the departure date, full payment is due immediately upon
confirmation.

Paymentcancellation & Refund
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation refund will be issued within 10 working days of our receipt of your written cancellation
request.
The cancellation fees will be assessed as follows:
Up to 30 days prior to departure.......................USD40/person
29-16 days prior to departure.........................10% of the tour cost
15-7 days prior to departure.........................20% of the tour cost
6-3 days prior to departure.........................50% of the tour cost
2 days or less, or no show.............................100% of the tour costv
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Currency Fluctuation
All prices are based on foreign exchange rates at the time of publication. Prices may change in the event of increased land or air costs that are beyond PTT's control. PTT reserves the right to alter the price of any tour. Any price increase will normally be notified 30 days prior to departure.

Alteration
We understand that you can not book tours until clearly understand the tours after some inquiries, especially for private tours. No modification fees are required before your final confirmation, no matter how many times you ask for tour adjustments.
However for any changes after confirmation that affect destination, departure date, tour extension and /or guest names, an administration fee of USD30 per change is requested, in addition to any other fees levied by airlines, railway bureau, hotels, transportation company, cruise company. PTT reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour if flight schedule or any events beyond our control make such alterations necessary. If the confirmed tour has to be changed only due to the guest's own wishes during the tour, the guest is required to pay for the corresponding additional cost. Too late alteration mightnot be workable.

Travel Documents
It is the client's responsibility to obtain valid passport and travel visa. The client is responsible for providing PTT with correct, complete and accurate information regarding personal details. PTT accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate

Health & Fitness Requirements
You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you fail to disclose any such conditions, PTT may refuse to allow you to take the trip and you will forfeit the trip cost and in such event we shall have no liability, financial or otherwise.
If you are so challenged, you must bring and be responsible for all necessary items related to your condition. If any such condition arises after the trip is booked, you must advise us in writing immediately. Failure to advise us shall release PTT and all professional personnel from any liability related to such condition or its treatment.
If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. Certain features, and certain trips, are not wheelchair-accessible. Wecannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations. PTT reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
PTT is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during the trip. Under no circumstances is PTT responsible for the quality ofmedical care, or lack thereof, you may receive while on the trip.
Anyone over the age of 74 is required to submit a completed doctor's certificate for PTT to assess their ability to travel.
Anyone who suffers heart-attack, pulmonary disease, and hypertension is not suggested to enter Tibet.

Insurance
PTT strongly recommends that all travellers purchase trip cancellation & interruption, hospital and medical, and baggage insurance to protect their travel plans in your residential country. Moreover, for clients booking package tour, a travel accidental insurance from China Life Insurance Co. for body injury caused by accidents in tour will be included in our tour cost. But it does not compensate for losses of personal belongings and property.

Baggage
During the tour each client is limited to one piece of checked luggage, which according to the Chinese air carriers must weigh no more than 20kg (44 lbs).
One carry-on weighing no more than 5kg is allowed. The client must be able to lift and comfortably transport their own luggage short distances as porter service may not be available at all hotels, airports, train stations, cruise and ferry terminals.

Responsibilities Of PTT
PTT acts only as agent for its suppliers and contractors providing transportation, accommodationand other related travel services. PTT assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident with any services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strikes, government regulations, thefts, failure of any means, discrepancies or changes over which it has no control. PTT applies all reasonable checks and measures in utmost good faith to ensure that details in the itinerary are carried out exactly as specified. However, changes, including, but not limited to, substitution of hotels of equal or similar quality and air carriers, may be made out of necessity.
Clients must be aware that there may be different living standards and practices outside of their home country including but not limited to provision of utilities such as water, electricity, accommodation, food preparations and services of all kinds. Under no circumstances shall PTT be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury resulting from these conditions. The passenger contract issued together with the air ticket by the air carrier shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the passenger; PTT shall not be responsible for any delays, substitutions of equipment or any act of omission whatsoever by the carrier, its agent, servants and employees.

Complaint & Claim Against PTT
Any complaint must be brought to the attention of your tour guide or your travel advisor immediately while on the tour, to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. PTT will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

Reservation with PTT confirms that the client has read, understood and agreed to each and all of the above terms and conditions.
