You are welcome to publish on your web site any of my comments. We especially appreciate your flexibility in that we started with 3 persons, then had 4 and finally had 3 again.
we were very pleased with all of the arrangements which you worked out for us for China and Tibet. Our guide in Lhasa, Konchok Dhondup, was superb - he could not have been better. And the driver, too.
The change of hotels in Lhasa really did not matter much, and the change in train accommodations was not a problem.We give you and all involved highest marks and if anyone ask me about contacts for making China arrangements, I will certainly tell them about you.

The tours that PTT arranged for us were well thought out and put together. It was a pleasure not to be part of a large group, there were only four of us in our group. Travel advisor Lynette Huang was extremely helpful, considerate, concerned and just a pleasure to deal with. Contacting us shortly after we had arrived at each destination and enquiring as to our welfare was greatly appreciated. Very satisfied with all the suggestions and arrangements that she made for us.
All the hotels PTT arranged for us were comfortable, especially the hotels in Tibet. They were amazingly thick with Tibetan culture.
At the same time, the sightseeing was well organized and a pleasure in not being rushed through the various sights as was the case of the other tours that we observed.
The Tibetan English speaking tour guide was excellent, well organized, interesting, neat and tidy, well informed and helpful and we did not feel that we were being rushed through the various sites we visited. Mary, our guide in Chengdu, was very well informed, interesting and very helpful and we enjoyed her company. The drivers and vehicles were excellent and we felt very safe despite the very different driving conditions and rules of the road one experiences in China!!!!
We had a fantastic time and highly recommend Sichuan China Youth Travel Service or Pan-Tibet Travel as they are also known to us.

We both must say that our time with Jason and Mr. Wu in Beijing was extrodianary. They were both
spectacular in comparison. They went " Out of their way" to make sure we were fully happy. They boughtme a birthday present, a birthday cake , and were simply wonderful.
Please give them both your top awards - wages - travel. They are your best.
We are sorry we were unable to meet you. Maybe in the USA some day.

All of our requests were met by PTT. Our travel advisor Lynette Huang did a great job on the train and in Tibet. We are very satisfied with every tour guide arranged by Lynette Huang in our destinations.
Jack Wu, our guide in Beijing, is outstanding, flexible, and friendly. Our Tibetan guide Mr. Wind did a wonderful job. He was easy to understand and helpful. He even made personal arrangements for us to visit a local home of a friend. Steven Shen in Shanghai was excellent. He was very thoughtful and informative and concerned about our safety a lot. Our guide Mr. Khanh in Vietnam was also excellent. Had a little problem initially with “flexibility”, but I think it was because he didn’t know what we wanted. However, he adjusted and found very interesting places for us to visit (not standard tours) including an amazing visit to the home where he was born in the countryside which was made of mud and straw by his father! Fascinating.
We were very satisfied with the tours and your service. Feel free to use my name (and my email) as a reference for other customers.
